	Q: What are CiNCiNNATi STORAGE's hours of operation? A: All CiNCiNNATi STORAGE locations are open Monday-Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm, Saturday 9:00am - 4:00pm and Sunday by appointment.			Q: What if I want to move to a larger or smaller storage unit? A: No problem. You will simply pay the difference in price if moving to a larger unit. If moving to a smaller unit, you will receive a credit to your account.
	Q: Does CiNCiNNATi STORAGE offer 24-Hour access? A: Yes. All CiNCiNNATi STORAGE locations are equipped with an electronic security gate allowing our customers to access their storage unit at their convenience. 	Q: What storage unit sizes does CiNCiNNATi STORAGE offer? A: We offer standard sizes ranging from 5' x 5' to 20' x 30'. Please refer to each individual location for an exact list of specific storage unit sizes.			Q: How hot do the storage units get in the summer? A: All CiNCiNNATi STORAGE facilities are fully insulated in the ceiling so the temperature in each storage unit is similar to the actual temperature outside.
	Q: What are the initial costs to reserve a storage unit? A: At CiNCiNNATi STORAGE, we do not require a deposit, just the first month's rent. If you move in during the middle of the month, your first month's rent will be pro-rated accordingly based on the number of days the unit is/was occupied.			Q: Do I need to insure the contents of my storage unit? A: CiNCiNNATi STORAGE does not require that you carry insurance on the contents of your storage unit; however, it is recommended. Typically, renters or homeowners insurance will cover the contents of your storage unit, but please check your policy for specifics.
	Q: What payment methods does CiNCiNNATi STORAGE accept? A: CiNCiNNATi STORAGE offers convenient automatic payments with a credit or debit card including VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. This can be done either in person or over the phone. You can also pay your bill with a personal check, money order or cash.			Q: Do you have outside storage available? A: Yes. Most all locations can accommodate outside storage up to 10' x 30' which is perfect for a boat or RV. In some cases, more space is available. Please contact us for more specific information.
	Q: Does CiNCiNNATi STORAGE offer storage units for businesses? A: Yes. Many businesses use our storage facilities for things such as business records, product inventory, office furniture and more. Please contact us for more specific information.			Q: Is each CiNCiNNATi STORAGE unit equipped with electric? A: No. Electric is provided within 50 feet of each unit on the outside of the building.
	Q: Does CiNCiNNATi STORAGE rent moving trucks? A: Currently, CiNCiNNATi STORAGE does not rent moving trucks. However, we can help arrange a moving service to assist you with your move.			Q: Does CiNCiNNATi STORAGE plow snow at each facility during the winter months? A: Yes. In the event of heavy snowfall, each CiNCiNNATi STORAGE facility is plowed so all units are easily accessible.
	Q: Does CiNCiNNATi STORAGE sell moving supplies? A: Yes. All CiNCiNNATi STORAGE locations sell a variety of moving supplies including boxes, bubble wrap, locks and more.
