Q. How do I rent a Cincinnati Storage Unit?
A. Our resident storage managers can help you determine what size space you will need. Just call or come by one of our five locations and we will be happy to help you take care of your storage needs.
Q. How secure are my valuables?
A. All of our locations have a resident manager to help keep a watchful eye on the premises.You'll also find all of our facilities fenced and very well lit.When you rent a Cincinnati Storage Unit, you will be given a pass code that allows you and only you access past our computer controlled gate systems.
Q. What is Climate Control?
Climate Control units are heated in the winter and cooled in the summer. Climate Control is recommended for items such as antiques, furniture and business records. These type units are only available at our Lunken facility.
Q. Can I rent short term?
A. Yes, we rent units on a month-to-month basis so you can rent as briefly or as long as you require.
